Sparta AG published the offer document for the takeover bid to the shareholders of 4basebio AG for the acquisition of the no-par value registered shares of 4basebio AG (ISIN DE000A2YN801 / WKN A2YN80) on 1 September on the Internet at https://sparta.de/spv2/investoren/4basebio/ (in German).  Sparta AG confirms in the offer document, as already announced on 27 July, to acquire 4basebio shares at a price of € 2.00 per share. The acceptance period runs from September 1, 2020 to September 29, 2020, 24:00 hours (local time Frankfurt am Main).
